The Arlington Housing Authority, (AHA),
pursuant to 24 CFR 982.206, provides this public notice of the
opening of its waiting list. The AHA’s Housing Choice Voucher
Program will resume accepting applications beginning April 16, 2010
at 8AM. The AHA will continue to accept applications from persons
affected by Hurricanes Katrina and Rita. The waiting list will
remain open until such time as the AHA determines it necessary to
close the waiting list.
Applicants can apply from any public or private
computer through the internet at
www.arlingtonhousing.us. The AHA will only accept applications
electronically via its web site. Faxed, mailed, and emailed
applications will not be accepted.
Applicants that do not have access to a
computer or the internet may use computer equipment at the Arlington
Public Library or applicants may apply utilizing computer equipment
at the Arlington Housing Authority offices in the lobby located at
501 W. Sanford Street, Suite 20, Arlington, TX 76011. Additional
assistance will be provided as needed.
